Redefining the Hospitality
Standard in Property Care
Elevating residential maintenance to five-star hospitality, offering bespoke weekly house cleaning services, deep cleaning, and house keeping for prestigious addresses.
Our Story
Founded in the heart of London, Ekpen Services emerged from a singular observation: while the city’s elite properties were masterpieces of design, standard maintenance fell short of expectations. As a premier cleaning company, we bridged the gap between traditional property care and luxury concierge hospitality. Today, our discreet team delivers tailored house keeping services, meticulous weekly house cleaning services, intensive deep cleaning services, and executive commercial cleaning services, ensuring every marble surface and bespoke detail across London and Surrey is preserved with clinical precision.
The Ekpen Standard
We don’t just clean; we curate environments. Providing expert house keeping services and targeted deep cleaning services, our work directly influences productivity, health, and peace of mind through three uncompromising pillars:
Vetting & Security
Trust is our currency. Every team member undergoes a multi-stage background check, including enhanced DBS clearance and rigorous professional reference verification.
Hospitality Training
Our staff are trained in hospitality-grade etiquette. From discreet movement in active households to specialized care for rare materials like Calacatta marble and fine silk wallcoverings.
Quality Audits
Every service visit is governed by a 150- point checklist. Random on-site inspections by our Quality Assurance Managers ensure the “Ekpen Standard” is met every single time.
The Custodians of Excellence
Our leadership team combines decades of experience in luxury hospitality, facilities management, and corporate operations.
